I was at work earlier today when I heard grim news from my beloved...
King of pop Michael Jackson passed away today after a heart failure left him in a coma he couldn't recover from. A sad event for not only his fans, but for the entire world as well. Very few people have had such an enormous influence on the world and its people, and he was also known to be a big fan of Sonic and SEGA as well as video games as a whole. Today, a star blinked out of existence... But its light will never vanish.
Let us remember everything Jacko has done.

June 23rd, 2009 marks the 18th anniversary of the Sonic the Hedgehog franchise, one of the biggest, most memorable classic series in gaming. Having transcended multiple forms of media throughout the years, the blue hedgehog is still going strong even almost twenty years from his creation, and so today, we raise our glasses to one of the most iconic faces of gaming and culture as a whole; here's to you, Sonic! |

So I'm not a big fan of the vast majority of blog type things that everyone seems to have these days, but recently I realized that it might be a good idea to write and post my thoughts somewhere, so I don't feel like talking to myself so much anymore.

Many of you are probably familiar with the name Kojichan or Kojichao, known here as Cinna Mint. She's an incredible artist widely known as one of the best in Sonic fandom, and one of the first to gain notoriety for it. Until now, Chao Flight Path v2.0 (which is part of the NSI network) served as her personal blog while she was working on finalizing details on a shop section, which is now complete! Basically, you can buy really high quality versions of her art in several formats, from full-size to postcard size and even bookmarks. She normally prints them with her awesome printer which is really close to laser quality, but you can also get them laser-printed and laminated on request, and signed too naturally.
